A Bath woman used her disabled dad's blue badge to park for free in the centre of Bath.Mita Gadher, 49 of Upper Bloomfield Road, admitted parking with a blue badge while the registered holder was not present on the morning of June 22.Around 10.30am Ms Gadher displayed the badge in her green Fiat Cinquecento which she had parked behind Tesco Express on Kingsmead Square.After enforcement officers approached the car, Ms Gadher said her dad was shopping in Southgate.Read more: Man used dead mum's...
