A man has been charged with the grooming and rape of a 12-year-old girl. The Jack Oliver Smoothy, 21 and from Yate, has been charged with one count of grooming a child and one count of rape and he's due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court tomorrow. The grooming charge relates to activity on social media, while the alleged rape occurred in the Bristol area.
