A 31-year-old woman attacked a Bath traffic warden as she was checking the validity of a disabled person's Blue Badge.Lamia Messoud pleaded guilty to the assault before Bath magistrates yesterday (April 20).Messoud, of Manor Road, Trowbridge attacked the Civil Enforcement Officer as she was trying to check the Blue Badge in Henry Street, Bath, in December of last year.She was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £620 as well as a victim surcharge of £30 yesterday.Read more:...
