Bath's MP will not be charged over an allegation of sexual assault that was made against him last year.Ben Howlett voluntarily visited a police station to speak to detectives after the complaint had been made.It related to an alleged incident at Common Room, a nightclub off George Street, following a Eurovision Song Contest results party last May.
