Steve Anthony Dix, aged 48, of Kelston View in Bath, was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months after he admitted harassing a Bath woman in February. Dix admitted repeatedly phoning his victim and sending abusive and threatening messages directed at her new partner.
