An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who allegedly sold England v Wales Euro 2016 tickets in Bath - but never coughed up the tickets.
Craig Lee Starkey, aged 34, was due at Bath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (February 15) to answer to three charges of fraud and one of using criminal property.
However, Starkey failed to show up and a warrant was been issued for his arrest.
