A Bath man has appeared in court charged with producing cannabis.Dean Anthony Morgan, aged 40, appeared in Bath Magistrates' Court on Monday (February 13).He stood accused of producing 17 cannabis plants at his home in 26 Meare Road, Bath.A 17 plant crop has the capability of producing between 476 and 1,428 grams of the illegal Class B drug.
