A man will face trial after denying raping and assaulting a woman in the Bath area. Syvil Lloyd Morris, 38, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape and one of assault causing actual bodily harm.Morris is accused of perpetrating the three alleged crimes on January 7.His alleged victim cannot be named for legal reasons.
