A Bath woman who set up an illegal subletting scheme to profit from council accommodation has been handed a two year suspended prison sentence and faces a fine of up to £71,000.Jacqueline Hunt, aged 47, who lives at Cranmore Place in Bath, made a rental profit of £11,000 over 10 years by subletting a two-bedroom council flat in London when she was not entitled to.
