Pawel Piotr Giszczak, 25, of Cranmore Place, was given a suspended prison sentence after admitting driving on Pines Way while disqualified and without insurance on January 9. The aggravating features of Giszczak's offending were he wilfully drove while he knew he was banned and he "blatantly disregarded" a court order.
