A man who defrauded a woman staying at Bath Backpackers hostel for more than £4,300 has been ordered to repay his victim in full and jailed.
Jordan Deacon, aged 24, left the traveller feeling "so violated" after he stole her bank card and pin code while she was out for the evening.
He was scolded by Bath magistrates for not giving "a great impression of Great Britain" to the Australian tourist.
