A Bath man with 38 separate convictions under his belt has appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court once more for offences against his ex-girlfriend's mother and her partner. Serial offender Robert Shill, aged 31, hurled abuse at his ex-girlfriend's mother Anne Hawkins at an address in Rosewarm Close, Southdown.
