A man was forced to intervene during an attempted robbery at the Rivo Lounge in Chippenham.
A Chippenham man has been questioned about the incident inside the bar earlier this month.
Wiltshire Police have appealed for two witnesses to come forward, who are believed to have been the only other customers inside at the time.
They were sat at the bar at the time of the attempted robbery when one of the pair intervened.
