A building contractor who admitted swindling Bath residents out of £76,719 in botched building jobs has been sentenced to 10 months in prison. Barry Butt, aged 42, of Eveleigh Avenue in Batheaston, appeared before Bristol Crown Court on Monday (January 9) to learn his punishment after pleading guilty to carrying out dishonest commercial practices and fraudulent trading.
