Nigel Robert Symmonds, aged 23, of Rosewarn Close, Bath, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on Lower Bristol Road on September 10, while he was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence. Symmonds has been ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and is disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for one year.
