A 25-year-old man who raped a 17-year-old girl in Bath will be sentenced for the crime next month.
Teon-jamal Ballans, from Longmead Terrace, Riverside, had been due to learn his fate on Friday (March 18). However, the sentencing date has now been put back until Monday, April 25.
Ballans pleaded guilty to two counts of rape in Bristol Crown Court in February. The sexual assaults took place in the Lower Bristol Road area of the city at about 6.30am on Sunday December 20, 2015.
