Chester Cushine has been jailed for 17 weeks for breaching a court order on the same day it was issued.Cushine, of Mayfield Road, Bath, was given the non-molestation order which prevented him from contacting a woman on December 12.The 47-year-old had been in court on December 12 for attending a Bath address from which he was banned.
