A prison for sex offenders has been described as safe.
HMP Ashfield, which is just ten miles from Bath in the village of Pucklechurch, was recently given an unannounced inspection.
Inspectors said the prison was safe, security was proportionate, prisoners lived in clean and decent conditions, and there was reasonable public protection work.
