One of three men arrested in connection with the unexplained death of Patrick Sullivan in Bath has been released without charge.
The 44-year-old had been detained on suspicion of murder along with a 60 and 63-year-old man. The latter pair have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
Mr Sullivan, 53, died at around 2.30pm on Wednesday (December 16) after being taken to the Royal United Hospital.
