A transgender woman has been found dead in the all-male prison where she had been serving a sentence for attempted murder.
Joanne Latham, 38, was discovered hanged in her cell on Friday by a prison officer at the Category A Milton Keynes prison Woodhill.
The news comes two weeks after 21-year-old transgender woman Vicky Thompson was found dead in HMP Leeds.
