Ritchie Gilling, of Wellow Lane, Peasedown St John has been jailed for 12 weeks for an offence of dangerous driving.Gilling had denied the offence, which took place on August 17 last year, but he was found guilty following a trial. The reason given in court for jailing the 53-year-old was because it was a "serious offence of road rage involving a risk of serious injury to a cyclist".
